Accidental Alchemy began as a small, family-run project built around simple rituals, carefully chosen ingredients, and making things by hand, slowly and with intention.
Over time, it grew into something bigger than we ever expected. After much consideration, this chapter is now coming to a close.
Accidental Alchemy is closing across all platforms.
What’s happening
Accidental Alchemy is finishing as a business, with deep gratitude for everyone who has supported it along the way.
Looking ahead, Chrissy, one of the original founders, will begin something new of her own. A small, independent venture of her own under a new name, to be announced separately.
As part of this transition, Chrissy intends to sell a limited amount of remaining Accidental Alchemy stock through her new, independent business. These items were originally made by Accidental Alchemy prior to its closure.
What this means
All outstanding orders will be fulfilled as planned and Accidental Alchemy will not accept new orders during the closure process.
Our customer support inbox will remain open to resolve any remaining enquiries, and we will continue to respond via info@accidental-alchemy.com throughout the closure process.
Loyalty points do not represent cash value. We are reviewing the fairest way to handle unused points.
Statutory consumer rights, including refunds where applicable, remain unchanged during the closure process.
