How to use

Massage into joints, skin and muscles as needed. We recommend starting with a blueberry sized amount for smaller areas (such as each hand) and a grape (or two!) sized amount for larger areas such as the lower back.

Rub until all of the goodness is absorbed and apply more as feels good!

For chronic issues, consistent use is recommended.

Storage and safety

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight and below 25ºC.

Safety: Keep out of the reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Avoid if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients.
