The Sleep One is rich in magnesium, a mineral that promotes restful sleep by soothing tense muscles and calming the mind. 

It was lovingly created by Chrissy when her 7-year-old grandson struggled with sleep and now the whole family now use it daily.

This balm is Infused with a soothing blend of essential oils, while lavender, juniper, and clary sage promote calmness and tranquility, sweet orange adds a subtle, uplifting scent that balances the balm’s relaxing properties.

Note that this product can be used for individuals aged 2 and upwards.

We also use widely recycled packaging materials - each balm comes in a glass jar with an aluminium lid.

Magnesium, Lavender, Juniper, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange

Allergens: Limonene, Linalol, Coumarin (naturally occurring in essential oils)

How to use

Scoop out a a raspberry-sized amount and rub half into each foot 15 minutes before bedtime to (calves and abdomen also work well) - we recommend applying just before reading in bed to allow time for it soak in.

For children aged 2+ use half the amount. 

Storage and safety

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight and below 25ºC.

Safety: Keep out of the reach of children. Suitable from 2 years. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Avoid if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients.
