Massage into joints, skin and muscles as needed. We recommend starting with a blueberry sized amount for smaller areas (such as each hand) and a grape (or two!) sized amount for larger areas such as the lower back.

Rub until all of the goodness is absorbed and apply more as feels good!

It really depends on how much you use it! For those managing regular muscle aches we'd suggest around a month for a 100g jar, for others several months.

It has a shelf life of six months once opened.

We replaced it with The Relief One - trust us, its even better!

Many customers find it brings a sense of ease and comfort shortly after application. Of course, everyone’s physiology is different, so factors like skin type can influence exactly how fast you feel relief. Continual usage supports the cumulative effect of the active ingredients.

We believe in our product so much that we offer a 45 day guarantee. If you have not found the relief you were looking for after two weeks of consecutive daily usage, please get in touch with our team with a photo and feedback - we'll share our returns form, details where to send the product and refund you once we have received the product. 


Products ordered with a valid receipt from our online store can be returned for a refund up to 45 days following their purchase date. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.


We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available.

We post our balm in cardboard containers, with a small inner box and biodegradable packing material to keep it safe in transit.


The jar itself is glass with an aluminium lid - fully recyclable ♻️

Yes they are! We'd always recommend trying a small amount first on the inside of your wrist. You can find our ingredients list on our product pages too if you have have known sensitivities particular ingredients.

Our balms are not vegan due to the use of beeswax.


We chose organic beeswax for its natural moisture retention, protective barrier, and the smooth, stable consistency it lends to the balm. Its unique properties help ensure that each application feels supportive and nurturing, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our other active ingredients.
